These terms apply to the Brew & Bloom app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”) and this website (“the site”), both made by Rabie Ayyach (“we”, “us”). By using the app or the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. The app license
The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of it is covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), together with these terms. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies. The license is personal and non-transferable: you may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store’s usage rules allow.
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to us at [email protected], not to Apple.
2. Your progress and in-game items
Leaves, dew, decorations, glass styles and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred outside the game. Progress is stored on your device and in your iCloud account; we can’t restore progress that is lost, for example after deleting the app’s iCloud data. Purchases can always be restored through Apple (see below).
3. Purchases and ads
The app offers one optional, one-time purchase, the Grove Keeper Pack. Purchases are made through the App Store and processed by Apple under its terms; we never see your payment details. A purchase belongs to your Apple Account: to get it back on a new device or after reinstalling the app, tap Restore Purchases in the game’s Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in the privacy policy. Ads and purchases need an internet connection.
4. Fair use
Please don’t:
- copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law gives you that right;
- cheat on Game Center leaderboards, or use the app, the site or the contact form to break the law or harm others;
- send spam, abusive messages or harmful code through the contact form.
5. The website
The site describes the game and its levels, and offers a contact form. We try to keep it accurate, but level details, numbers and features may change with updates to the app. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
When you send us a message, you keep the rights to what you wrote. If you send an idea or suggestion (for example a feature request), you allow us to use it to improve the game without owing you anything for it. We read every message, but we can’t promise to reply to each one or to build every idea. How we handle messages is explained in the privacy policy.
6. Ownership
The app, its worlds, artwork, music, levels and the Brew & Bloom name and logo belong to Rabie Ayyach and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iCloud, Game Center and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the app to add content, fix problems or change features. Some features (such as iCloud sync, Game Center, content updates, ads and purchases) depend on Apple’s or Google’s services and an internet connection, and may not always be available.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app and the site are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in the Standard EULA, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app or site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions? Email [email protected] or use the contact page.
